Think I have it down!!!

42.5 grain H4350, Hornady 105 A-MAx, COAL 2.295, CCI BR2 Pimer.

MV is 2990.

Primers are starting to flatten, but there are no ejector swipes, and no issues with extraction (overgassing, bent case rims etc.)

this is a 10 shot 100 yard group, not great, but it's workable. Have absolutely NO brass prep, so this can tighten if I sort my brass. It's a mix of resized Federal 223WSSM and once fired Win 243WSSM brass.

well that’s a bonus, I usually get a small mark from the barrel extension lugs (when the spent round ejects) always have and probably always will; it’s just the nature of the beast.

I know some of the local ‘F’ Class Shooters will sort brass for their 6mm/BR rounds; but I’ve never taken my reloading to this level.

these are the typical marks that I use to get on my brass early on, until Dtech had me trim 2-3 rings off of the ejector-spring

hmmmm this is frusterating!!

something is goofy. All was working well, started at 500 yards, went to 700 yards...started to get some failed extractions. Went to 1000 yards, more failed extractions.

gas system is good, extractor is good, but the bolt is not unlocking. I have to pull the mag, and do the usual but thump while pulling on the charging handle to get the case out.

My guess is these loads are too hot and the cases are sticking.

so, looks like I will have to go back to 4831SC and continue working up
