Anshultz.
By gosh !
Picked one up. The sporter model 1712 .22
started to drool :?
Reeks of quality. Felt like an extension of my whole body.
Sweetest trigger I've ever felt.
Beautiful wood.
Of course, expinsive.
But ? I can dream right ?
i started this life with nothing'

But wait!
Been readings abouts this guy in iowa.
a Remington 541 guru.
Benchrest central raves about him.
he threads the barrels, and sets the chambers back.
Piller beds the action.free floats the barrel.
Then they shoot like gangbusters.
Equal to an Anschultz.
And best part is. It's still a Remington.
I think I'll try to get in contact with him.
Everyone needs one fabulous. 22 rifle. ..rright ?

Don't know about the .22's but I have a Savage in .17HMR that shoots GREAT. Can hit thumb tacks at 100 yds. off a bench.
