From one trust to another?

Postby Daddy » Mon Dec 21, 2015 4:26 pm

Greetings,
Do I need to pay another $200 to move a suppressor from one trust that I'm on to another trust that I'm also on?
Thanks,
Daddy

I suspect that the transfer tax must be paid, but I really don't know the facts.

as far as I know, you have to do a separate 'Form 1' and $200 Tax Stamp for each and every toy; as a buddy of mine has nearly a dozen of them now; as for the 'Trust' part of the question; I have no clew whatsoever ... sorry
